William B. Tooman, beloved husband, brother, uncle, and dear friend, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2026 in Hackensack, at the age of 67. Born on July 11, 1959 in Jersey City, William’s life was marked by quiet strength, enduring devotion to his family, and meaningful friendships cultivated over the years.

William was the cherished husband of Elizabeth Tooman, whose partnership and companionship brought him great joy and fulfillment throughout their years together. He is also lovingly remembered by his sisters, Patricia Felenczak and Eileen Tooman. He was pre-deceased by his sister Mary Beth. William shared close bonds with his extended family, including his brother-in-law, Mike Poderhoritz, and sister-in-law, Suzanna Tota. Also mourning William’s loss is Louie Algiero, whose friendship William deeply valued.His warmth and guidance touched the lives of his nieces Rachel, Seth, Hana, and Stacey, and his nephews Dominick, Nicholas, and David. Each will carry forward memories of his kindness, support, and steady presence. The circle of family and friends who survive him reflect the positive impact he made in the lives of those around him.
