Villareal, Santos, age 84, of Englewood, formerly of Leonia, on Saturday March 10, 2018. Born in Puerto Rico he moved to the mainland as a young adult. He was a service technician for Heller Laboratories of Leonia but was most known as a beloved Crossing Guard at Broad & Hillside Avenues in Leonia. Devoted father of Diane Bell and husband Glen, John Villareal and his wife Lynda and Daphne Villareal-Garcia. Cherished "Papa" of Reuven, Daphne, Michael, Kyle and Kayla. Great grandfather of 4. Dear brother of Maria Carrasquillo. Dear companion of Helen Rivas. He will always be remembered for his devotion to children, particularly his grandchildren, whom he was always there to play with and guide. The family will receive their friends on Wednesday 4-8 pm at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street "opposite the Fort Lee Library".
