Rosalie Walpole

Walpole, Rosalie "Rose" (née Giambrone), 54, loving mother and wife, died on Feb. 11 with her children and husband at her hospital bedside. A lifelong Bayonne resident, Rose was selfless and generous with everyone she met, as well as a longtime animal advocate. Rose is survived by her husband Robert Walpole, son Vincent Clappsy and his partner Tara, daughter Casey Singley and her husband Ryan, stepchildren Robert and Shanna, big brother Vincent Giambrone, sisters Lois Kiensicki and her husband Robert, and Veronica Pike, nephews Matthew and Joseph, nieces Lindsey and Leanne, and her beloved pets Annie, Ramsey and Ratatouille. She was predeceased by her parents, Louis and Dorothy Giambrone. A memorial service will be held on Friday, Feb. 17, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Dzikowski, Pierce and Levis Funeral Home.
