Heffernan, John, F. “Jack”, age 79, of Bloomfield, formerly of Ridgefield Park, on Wednesday June 25, 2025. Born on August 17, 1945 in Philadelphia, PA, to the Late Harry and Florence (nee: Gunner) Heffernan. A proud Navy veteran, he served on the USS America during the Vietnam War. He was also a welder and maintenance mechanic for numerous companies. Beloved husband to the Late Linda Heffernan (nee: Reissig). Loving father to Brian and his partner, Kristen. Cherished grandfather to Linda. He is also predeceased by his brother, Robert, and sister, Patricia. Services were private.
