Joanne Farrington, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on August 18, 2026, at the age of 77.

Joanne’s family was the most important part of her life. She cherished her sons and took great pride in the family they built together. She also found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially Italian cooking and sharing good food with the people she loved. Music was another special part of Joanne’s life. She loved listening to music and, whenever the moment struck, dancing along with it.

She is survived by her loving husband, James Farrington; sons Randy Walsh, Frank Walsh and his wife Kara, Christopher Walsh and his wife Robyn, and Michael Farrington and his wife Jacquelyn; grandchildren Kassidy, Hailey, Frankie, Jaden, Anthony, Nicholas, and Olivia; and great-grandson Sky.

Joanne will be remembered for the love she gave so freely to her family, her enjoyment of good food and music, and the warmth and happiness she brought to those around her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

A mass will be held at St. Matthew’s Church in Ridgefield, New Jersey, on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Family and friends are invited to join together in celebrating Joanne’s life and honoring her memory.
