Dr. Freddy Hernandez Jr. passed away on September 3, 2026, at the age of 46. Born on February 21, 1980, he will be remembered with deep love and sorrow by those who knew him and by the family who held him close throughout his life.

He is survived by his father, Dr. Freddy Hernandez Sr.; his mother, Lucy Badillo; his sister, Lucia Isabel Hernandez; and his son, Dr. Daniel Cruz Hernandez Esq.  Each of them carries forward the memory of his life, his presence, and the bond they shared with him.
