Georvasilis, Athanasios, age 90, of New York, on Saturday June 17, 2017. Born in Albania he moved to Greece and immigrated to the United States in 1955. He worked for the Regency Hotel of New York City. Beloved husband of Evangelia (nee: Chachou). Devoted father of Peter Georvasilis and his wife Anthe and Anastasia Rodriguez and her husband Ulysses. Cherished Papou of Melina, Christina and Lucas. All are asked to assemble in St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church Wednesday (time is pending) for religious services, interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery.
